Classes are Pilates based and combine elements of interval training and cardio vascular exercise. Suitable for all levels, the classes are full body focused and aimed to strengthen your core and get your heart pumping all while staying low impact.

Yogalates Flow Fusion

Classes combine the foundations of yoga and Pilates for the ultimate mind body awareness. Suitable for all levels, the classes are full body focused and aimed to sculpt and strengthen your muscles while improving balance and flexibility.

Mindful Yoga for Children

Classes let children experience the joy of yoga in a playful and nurturing environment. Our classes are designed to inspire and create a love for yoga from a young age.
